Information about Transfer
Travel Arrangements:
- Departure: Transfers will depart early on Friday, June 13th. Exact departure locations to follow.
- Arrival in Graaff-Reinet: The transfers are scheduled to arrive in Graaff-Reinet just in time for our community shake out ride in the camdeboo national park.
- Airport Transfers from Gqeberha:
- If you’re flying into Gqeberha Airport, please ensure your flight arrives before 10 AM on Friday, June 13th.
- We can arrange private transfers from the airport to Graaff-Reinet. Please contact us if you’re interested in this option.
Return Transfers:
- Departure from Graaff-Reinet: Due to the public holiday on Monday, June 16th, all return transfers will depart from Graaff-Reinet at 10 AM.
- Arrival: You can expect to arrive at your destination in the late afternoon or evening.
Meeting Points:
- Capetown: Meeting point for the Shuttle is at 6am on the 13th June in the CBD. Detailed information will follow.
- Johannesburg: Meeting point for the Shuttle is at 5am on the 13th June in Sandton. Detailed information will follow.
- Gqeberha: The closest airport to the start is Gqeberha, which has frequent connecting flights from all South African International airports. The transfer takes about 2,5h. There are Charter flights from the airport and we are happy to assist with those as well. please feel free to contact us.
